Type / Call #Institutional / I-003Contains 23 "procesos" (transcripts of trials) of individuals accused of Judaizing, from the Inquisition Records of the Mexican National Archives, arranged chronologically. The trials described took place from 1572-1772. Also includes correspondence of Cyrus Adler, Samuel Oppenheim, and A. Nott Anoble relating to Mexican Inquisitions records. Of the 23 "procesos", 8 are original manuscripts and 15 are typed transcriptions. Two are translated into English.
