VARIOUS CARDS, RIBBONS, AND OTHER AMERICAN RED CROSS MEMORABILIA ARE INCLUDED. AMONG HIS PERSONAL PAPERS ARE SCHOOL DOCUMENTS AND FAMILY CORRESPONDENCE; OF SPECIAL INTEREST IS AN ENGRAVING OF A PHOTOGRAPH OF ABRAHAM LINCOLN BEFORE HIS DEATH, A LETTER FROM JOHN DAVIS OF THE U.S. STATE DEPARTMENT REGRARDING AMERICAN JEWS IN JERUSALEM. FOUR SCRAPBOOKS COMPILED BY SOLOMONS ON IMMIGRATION TO THE UNITED STATES ARE ALSO FOUND IN THE COLLECTION. FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHS AND MINIATURES ORIGINALLY IN THE COLLECTION HAVE BEEN REMOVED IN PART AND CATALOGUED SEPARATELY.
